Favorite foods to make bulk and freeze for the road?

Instant pot is a far more useful tool than an airfryer. We've been "camping" at home in a temp kitchen set up in the garage for the last 6 months. The airfyrer is a convection oven only. Now that we're moved back in to a real kitchen the air fryer won't make it out of the garage, but the IP made it to a closet in the kitchen.
