I have a gas oven and many RV's have convection ovens already built in. So, the air fryer doesn't go on the road with me, but I use it at home some. Instapot or even an old school crock pot is more useful in the RV IMO. I like leaving a soup or something slow cooking while I'm outside when I have a site with power. I find the Weber Q1200 to be very versatile, you can do much more than just grill with it. I like to dry camp so propane heated devices get the most use.
