If you will have hookups this might work.
Meatball Sandwiches
1-2 warehouse size lg can spaghetti sauce
2 pkgs of premade meatballs or more depending on which package
put in an electric roasting pan cook on Med for about 2 hrs.
have mozzarella cheese for garnish, serve on Bolillo Rolls
Sides - chips, dips, pre-packaged salad
Some friends of ours used to serve this at their annual New Years Eve jam session. Easy.
