Too funny - we did the same thing at the graduation party I mentioned above where we also did the cooler corn. Here is a website that has some hot dog idea printables that you can just print out for free that have ideas on "specialty" hot dogs people may want to make (like you mentioned above with Coney Island dogs, etc.)
