Fried Chicken on the Weber Q?
I have a cast iron pot I like to make fried chicken in. Has anybody every tried this on a Weber Q (full size Q)? Does it get hot enough?

OH me - My skillet was only maybe 1.5 inches high oh well... Chicken was great... We use a lid on the cast iron skillet just like at home... If you use a regular type fancy big store metal skillet the propane flames will probably do a number on it...
Of course if you don't want to cook with hot greese then just drop them on the large flat grill surface and cook'em with that... I have a whole series of different grill tops with my Coleman Roadtrip...
