Fried Chicken on the Weber Q?
I have a cast iron pot I like to make fried chicken in. Has anybody every tried this on a Weber Q (full size Q)? Does it get hot enough?

Now now. My "Ol Virginny" Nana called the 3" deep 12" CI implement she gave me a frying pan but in her defense she might just have changed the language around so her Caribbean-Yankee family knew of what she spoke;). Oh and until the day she died she couldn't pronounce my first name but but I knew as long as she called me, the eating and love would be good.
