Fried Chicken on the Weber Q?
I have a cast iron pot I like to make fried chicken in. Has anybody every tried this on a Weber Q (full size Q)? Does it get hot enough?

Thanks for the info folks. I use a big heavy Le Crueset Cast Iron 6 qt oval, about 6" or so deep, works great for fried chicken on the stove top. Figured I could do the same thing at the campground using my Weber Q. Sounds like it should work fine.
