Greasy cast iron pan
Another cast iron question: In my parents things, I found a cast iron pan with many layers of grease cooked on it. What do you think I should do to clean it up ?

Don't touch it! That build up is what makes cast iron cookware so good. Wash it like you do your other pans and put it away. It'll be the best skillet in your pantry....Dennis
