- IAMICHABODExplorer IIIf This is what you are talking about then I have used them on my weber Q for several years, with great results.
Great for vegies and anything that has a marinade or sauce on it. It keeps the juices in and it will also give great grill marks too.
I do everything from chicken to burgers and steaks everything comes out juicy. And no flair ups.Cleans up easy too. - RoyBExplorer IIThats a neat idea... Will have to try that... My COLEMAN ROADTRIP has a flat grill that we use for eggs etc and if it isn't somewhat level then as soon as you crack the egg it runs off the flat grill before you can stop it haha...
Roy Ken - pamie50ExplorerYes that's it. Thought i'd try that for my q instead of buying the extra grill part 50$ did you cut it to fit the grill I have 2200 q grill

- IAMICHABODExplorer IIIt fits just fine on my Weber Q 220 ,the earlier version of the 2200.
It hangs over a bit on the corners but that doesn't hurt it any.
BTW the lids don't come in blue...... - GordonThreeExplorerPlastic on the grill? That's space age stuff there. I was thinking carbon fiber or maybe a metal mesh.
- NYCgrrlExplorerI can see how it might be more useful for a propane grill which to date I haven't succumbed to- wood or charcoal user.
Still, wondering if aluminum foil can't be used on a propane heat source? - icanonExplorerI thought on the box it says 'Do not place in direct contact with flames'.
By placing the grilling sheet on the grill wouldn't it get in contact with flames? - IAMICHABODExplorer IINope, the flame on My Q is more than 2 inches below the grill,as most gas grills are.
- 1ofmanyExplorerWe use a grill mat on our gas grill and like it very much....
