Weber Q. We have two, one in the rig and a larger one at home. The one in the MH is the small one, does great for the two of us, hamburgers, chops, whatever. All tools go inside, and cover goes on. Use a god grill cleaner spray every once in a while, then hit with hose to wash it all off.
However, one year it sat most of the summer, and when I open it, there was a giant mass of mold all over the inside. Horrible looking. Sprayed it down with oven and grill cleaner, washed and scrubbed with a wire brush, then fired it up hot. brushed out all the ashes, another spray cleaning, washed it out, and cooked the hamburgers. Usually after cooking, I just fire it up hot, and let it cool.
