I just started carrying the Green Mountain portable pellet smoker/grill. By RV standards it's large and heavy but I've just completed fabrication of a slide out for it. No lifting and those ball bearings roll so easy! :C It uses 12V and with WiFi I can check/change/control the temperature from anywhere as desired. :B
