Probably an exhausted topic - please don't chastise me for not searching, I'm being lazy today. Are any of you carting around a full size charcoal grill? ... like, the Weber kettle? I don't have...

I'm in the middle of changing my residence and have decided that a view and terrace are requirements. Need to find out if charcoal or propane grills are banned.
