Ham glaze from Ol Blue?

When I find a recipe that I think I might like, I copy it down in a 9x6 spiral bound notebook. After I've made it, tried it, and liked it, I put a star at the top of the page. What I didn't do is write down the author's name and I know they didn't all come from her. Likely, just most of them.
If anyone knows her real first and last name, I promise to search on line and in bookstores where I live to see if she did have a book published, and I'll report back.
