I don't "peel" eggs. :) :) I boil as above instructions. Then while hot, I pour out all water, add ice cold water (about 3/4-1" in pan, then I put the lid back on and shake shake shake shake. Sometimes some eggs don't peel, but 9 x out of 10, they peel themselves. :) :)
