Harvesting wet rhubarb???
I had heard that you should never harvest rhubarb when leaves are wet? Right or wrong? What will happen if you do?

That hasn't been our experience. We harvest only in months ending in "y". The May crop tends to have slimmer stalks and be less stringy than July, but it depends on the weather.
