- jfkmkExplorerTried it once, didn't like it. If I remember correctly, I used it for burgers and it only served to concentrate where the grease dripped off, causing a bigger flare up than normal.
For the meal you're cooking (one of my favorites!), I'd just make a pan from foil.
Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.
