Honey mustard dressing at my house has always been a by-guess-and-by-gosh homemade combination of olive oil, honey, mustard, pepper, and garlic. Sometimes I throw in a little Italian seasoning; and depending on the mustard I might add salt and a dash of vinegar, too.
