The only thing out on our counter is an open canister that hold utensils (goes in a cabinet above the sink) a gallon jug of water (goes in cupboard under entertainment center) and portable induction cooktop (stored in oven). No coffee maker as we use a French Press which stays in cupboard and we rarely use the toaster oven (stored in dinette bench).
