Do you brine or inject your butts? I used to just brine but now I do both and will never look back.
I didn't do either as this was the first one I've done so I didn't know what to expect. I plan on another one soon and have already planned to inject it. I may try the brine as well; if you recommend it, I suspect it will be a good thing!
