We cook almost always in the rv. We use a crockpot while going down the road for beans, or a casserole dish. When we get where we are going it's ready. I cook a lot of rice and pasta as well as veggies.
We hardly ever have hookups as we boondock so it's solar for the crockpot and blender and LP stove top for everything else. Microwave never gets used except as a bread box.
