I cook in the rig all the time. We rarely eat out when on the road, I enjoy cooking and it is nice to know exactly what you are eating.
The DH occasionally grills, but only if we are going to be in a spot longer than a day, or if it is stinking hot.
I store my cutting board and cooling racks in the microwave.
