I cannot fathom why people pay for a RV with amenities like a kitchen and then don't use it.
It's a lot harder to haul all your food and cooking utensils outside, than to use it inside, where it is stored. And you are less likely to attract animals to the site if you cook inside.
But each to his/her own.
