I know how I cook whilst tent camping (open fire) but don't think that will always be doable for a trip lasting up to 24 months.
I've had discussions with the manufacturer about the feasibility of certain kitchen changes I'd like to make and so far have gotten the go ahead on most of them. I want more freezer space than fridge and a convection microwave oven. We are still wrangling over the standard propane range removal to replace w/ an induction cook top but time will tell how that works out. Push comes to shove and I'll just sell the induction appliance.
Whatever cooking I do in the enclosed space of an RV can't leave lingering odors, LOL.
