We love to cook our favorite meals when we go camping. To eliminate the need for an open flame inside the rv, we use a Duxtop induction cooktop and the microwave. On some occasions we use the gas oven, but it's only as a last resort if the other methods don't give us the result we want (such as pizza). The induction cooktop is a winner because we don't boondock, so power is always available and the cooktop doesn't produce the heat of the gas burners.
