Pretty much all of our meals (currently experiencing food intolerances) right now.
Lots of healthy stuff like smoothies (green and fruit), salads, clean meats, and wild fish...use the grill often when not moving. The oven...not really as my first experience set off the smoke alarm....
Use vitamin daily.
