We use the inverter and put the 120 volt pot in the sink with towels stuffed around it.
We are kind of meat and potatoes folks so supper is ready when we stop for the night.
The bad side of it is stopping for potty break and smelling the food cooking.
We were not brave enough to try this when we had a rear kitchen so I don't know if it would work or not.
