That's basically what I've been using for a couple years and it works perfectly every time. I've tried all the tips above over the years and nothing has worked as well as this:
Got the info off youtube: Add cold eggs to BOILING water with a ladle. Boil 13 minutes exactly. Remove and run under cold water for about a minute, then put eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes. Take out and peel immediately. The shells just fall off most of the time.
