I second the Camp Chef. Had the 3 burner with the bbq box that covered 2 burners. It was great in that you could still cook on 1 burner while grilling on the other 2. It burned out after 3/4 years and I bought the 2 burner with grill box that cover the entire stove. Great for both direct and indirect drilling. Bought a Weber 200 on clearance. Marinated chicken wings in a marinate that had plenty sugar and charred the wings as well as they stuck really bad. Haven't had the courage to try again...yet.. May bring it on next trip.
Once you've had a camp chef, you'll kick yourself for having not done it sooner. I also have a 3 burner with the 2 burner grill box that sits on top of 2 burners, and a grill plate that goes on the 3rd burner.
You can get a hose adapter that connects directly to your camper, mine hooks in at the rear bumper of my AF1150 with an 8' hose. I bring a steel wok, dutch oven, and can cook anything.
