I have a MB smoker but waiting for the night time lows to get above 50F so I can smoke a couple of pork butts for the ever so delicious pulled pork.
You pics have me salivating!
Pork Butt is a very forgiving meat... You can crank it up to 275 and cook to 205 internal you can spin a fork in the meat at 205
Pork loin to 165-170 internal ... People think you have to cook pork to 200 but if you cook a loin that long it will be dry... People eat pork rare now (145) not me 165 is about my speed - gc1966Explorer

Since we tend to camp without electricity I find that smoking on a charcoal grill can be fun too.
Yea you just have to pay more attention... as long as it's low and slow it will be good - gc1966Explorer
