Like pizza? try grilling it for a cracker crisp crust

My favorite pizza of all time is thin, with a very crisp crust. Toppings can be anything you can think of - I like to think of pizza crust as a vehicle to bring all your taste treats to your mouth. ...

Native Americans used them in the southwest (where I live now) and they are called a horno. They are built with mud, and work quite well.
