Ditto, double the brown sugar, half the worchestershire and add a little sirachi sauce for heat. - Johno02ExplorerBottle of Italian salad dressing.

- WanderlostNomad II1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4-1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce (so pork chops are well covered)
1-2 Tbsp sugar or Splenda (to your taste)
1 Tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Mix until sugar dissolves. Put pork chops in a ziplock bag and pour marinade over them. Seal bag and massage marinade into meat. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours (longer is better), turning occasionally.
Remove from marinade and grill. Baste with the marinade if desired, or place in saucepan and cook until reduced slightly, then serve as a sauce.
