Steak Marinade

I threw this recipe together the other day and my family raved about the flavor and how tender and moist the steak was. I only marinade my steaks for 4 hours, so I would only imagine how it would taste if you marinated it even longer.

Steak Marinade



4 to 6 sirloin steaks, or your favorite
4 teaspoons Black Pepper, Coarse ground
1/2 cup Lea & Perrins Sauce
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard, Guldens
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Mix Lea & Perrins sauce, mustard, brown sugar, pepper and salt together.
Place steaks in marinade and marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Grill as u

    I usually just do soy sauce, but this sounds and looks wonderful. I will try it on my next steak. Thanks Deb

    I would rather drink their whiskey but you can cook with either one. :B

    Sounds like a tasty marinade.......maybe on ribs, chicken or pork.
    I'll have to try it out.


    But for a steak :E
    Salt/pepper.....slap if on the charcoal grill. That's all the flavoring a steak needs

    Boy, that picture sure looks FANTASTIC! I don't eat much meat these days, but I have lots of carnivores in the family. I will try this recipe-Thanks!

    I haven't tried all of Ol' Blue's recipes, but every one I have tried is a keeper. I'm going to try this one. She hasn't steered me wrong yet.
