Steak Marinade
I threw this recipe together the other day and my family raved about the flavor and how tender and moist the steak was. I only marinade my steaks for 4 hours, so I would only imagine how it would tast...

I'm with you. Some fresh crack pepper and coarse sea salt.
The key to cooking a good steak is to be sure it is at room temperature before putting it on a scorching hot grill.
