Lunch Ideas?
What's on the camping menu for lunches? We tend to usually do boring 'deli meat' sandwiches.

Leftovers. When the calendar is marked that we are heading out, I start to double up on our dinners and freezing half for the trip. There is usually enough for one dinner and lunch the next day, although I some times have to be really creative about stretching it out. Sometimes our dinners are the leftovers and occasionally even breakfast might be.
