What's on the camping menu for lunches? We tend to usually do boring 'deli meat' sandwiches.

If some folks are adverse to leftovers, use the same ingredients as the previous night dinner but in a different way. For example, if I make pizza for dinner, the onions, peppers and mushrooms can be used the next day for Philly cheesesteak sandwiches.
