Lunch Ideas?
What's on the camping menu for lunches? We tend to usually do boring 'deli meat' sandwiches.

We are typically too busy to do anything that takes a lot of effort. And with wrangling 3 kids and 2 dogs, I don't want to exert any effort at lunchtime.
We do sandwiches, but that gets old. We also have taco salad and often eat leftovers or just yogurt/fruit/granola bars.
