Manifold destiny... Who's done it?
I will admit, I did make some potatoes slices with butter, garlic, and a touch if italian marinade. Came out pretty good, made for some stares at the rest stop though....lol

I've heated up some precooked ribs on the manifold before, worked great and yes, we got some strange looks when my DH removed them from under the hood of our van! Sure was great to have hot ribs for our picnic!
