I found a recipe awhile ago for oatmeal and it has been a staple ever since. For each serving I take 1/2 cup quick oatmeal, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1/3 of a banana smashed, mashed or smushed, 1/2 an apple cubed, and cinnamon. Mix, nuke for 2 to 3 minutes If I have raisins, they go in also. Quick, nutritious, filling and yummy
I have also just used old fashioned oats, water and a banana, and then drizzled on either maple syrup (the real stuff of course) or molasses.
