microwave replacement
My microwave finally died & I can't find anything to replace it size wise. It is a Sharp R-312. I did see on here that a Panasonic SSN667 fits perfectly but I can't find one. Any other ideas? Thanks

Another option is to modify the compartment where you old RV microwave was mounted so that it can accept ordinary microwaves.

I actually modified my cabinet opening to install a convection/ microwave by Dometic. DW loves it, and so do I.
I would love to hear how you did the modification because I very much want to get a convection microwave now that my regular microwave is fried. Do you have pics of what you did and can you tell us how it's going or if you should have done something differently?
Thank you. :)

The nice thing about these inverter microwaves is that when you turn the power level down, they actually lower the wattage of the magnetron tube, instead of pulsing it off and on at full power when you select a lower cooking level.
Exactly what I need when we’re using my little Yamaha 1000 generator. When we’re on shore power, I can let’er rip at full power. When the Yamaha is running I can set it on “5” and it will stay under the 900 watts the generator capable of.
