This has been a helpful post for me, too. Recently bought a 2013 Itasca Navion with the MW Convection and I have no experience using. So far just using the MW function but I'd love to bake in it.
I noticed the instruction on it regarding the rack, but ours is missing so I need to look into a replacement.
I just wish the darn door swung open in the right direction in the somewhat narrow corridor there. Last night while dodging it as I removed a Pyrex dish of steaming broccoli, I tilted and broke the glass lid.
