I would just bake following the "normal" instructions and keep an eye on the cooking. You may need to adjust the temp down or even lower/extend the baking time. Mine automatically reduces the set temp by 25 degrees. It is the only oven I have in the RV so I use it all the time. One can get pretty good results in a convection oven but mine does not broil. We have to get inventive for that. Last time I made a meringue pie, we used a heat gun on low setting. Worked really well.
