Microwaving baked beans
My DW says she doesn't like to clean up the small pot mess from BBQ baked beans. Can they be microwave heated in a large sandwich baggie then but in a disposable bowl for serving? Any suggestions?

Nuke it at 60% power and leave bag open slightly or you will have an entire mw mess to clean instead of a pot. It would be better if you nuke it in a Corelle or other china bowl and forget the plastic. Just cover the bowl with a mw lid or a china plate. Still nuke at 60% to keep exploded beans under control; the sugar in the baked bean sauce gets uber lava hot.
