First batch is lemon supreme and I used the regular size muffin pan. Warning! Fill half realy means fill half!
Shell when it comes out of the oven:

I made a cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip filling:

And them topped with lemon custard pie filling:

These were killer and they hadn't even been chilled yet.
The next batch, I tried making mini mini German pancakes by using my mini muffin pan. I really like how these turned out and think I prefer the dough to filling ratio with this size. Since I had used all my cream cheese filling and lemon on batch #1, I went with a can of peach pie filling I had for the 2nd batch. In addition to the powdered sugar, I sprinkled a little cinnamon on at the last minute. Next time I might mix the cinnamon with the sugar before I sift it on the shell.
