Why "egg beaters". Do they perform better in the nuke? I know it's not to save on cholesterol since you're including sausage and cheese.:W
They are not much thicker than cream and I thought they would fill them well. We use a lot of the private label "egg beaters". They would do fine in the micro, but it seems that baked goods have a tendency to toughen up when nuked hard.
