Mini loaf breads from cake mixes

I'm glad you baked and your goodies were well received :) A co-worker brought in a platter of cookies her and her family baked. We really enjoyed them!

I appreciate all the nice words and recipes. I did make the mini loaves and gave them as gifts to my co-workers--20 in all! I had 5 different kinds, and as I told someone in a PM, the easiest and one of the best was a box of spice cake mix and a can of pure pumpkin--that's all.

wanted to follow up and let you know we received many homemade treats this year at work. we enjoyed them all and except for the sugar rush we all made it through. all the treat were well received and tasted great!! I hope you co-workers also enjoyed your homemade goodies

I always enjoy the homemade goodies we get. I think it is great that you are doing this for your co-workers! they will enjoy the treat. the recipies that have been given look tasty- your post is fine.

Well, Go Dogs, that may be your opinion and a previous poster's opinion, but not mine and others. In fact, most people who buy my bake goods ask how they can purchase more. If it was true they were purchasing just to throw away, I would know about it very quickly. Besides, most of the people I know would just donate to the church. They can't afford to buy something and toss it. I sure wouldn't.

I think 5 of the minis is about right for one box of mix. That was your question, wasn't it
