Otherwise, this was wonderful! I only used half stick of butter because I couldn't talk myself into using the whole stick. The 1/4 cup of water gave the carrots enough juice to cook them well.
With potatoes taking longer than carrots, why did you wait to add them?
I don't know......just not thinking, I think!!!
