When we did weekends and vacations, we just had the coffee pot.
Now that we full time, we have a crockpot, coffee pot, blender/food processor combo, and mixer. I cook a lot, so all of them have been used within the last month. Besides the coffee maker, the crockpot is the most useful but, if you don't use it at home, no reason to bring it.
