All the things you mention could be done with basic good quality cookware, except the blender. If you really like toast made in a toaster, take a small toaster. But toast can be made in the oven. Soups can be made without a crockpot, just simmer them in a good heavy pot for a few hours. You can pan-fry instead of deep-fry, or just deep fry in a good pot. If you already have an oven, no need for another one.
I cooked a lot when travelling with former BF--- all we took was a large, medium, & small pot, a large & medium non-stick skillet, 2 collapsible mixing bowls, knives, cutting board, colander, coffeepot, a small set of measuring cups/spoons, can opener, a few plastic storage containers, a pizza pan, and corkscrew. I could have managed with 1 less pot and 1 mixing bowl.
Less is better.
