We have a 2 slice wide slot toaster and use it often. Besides toast for breakfast, you can toast your bread - put the filling in the sandwich and heat in microwave for about 15 seconds and you have a hot toasted sandwich.
I use the crockpot a few times a month.
Thing I use least is the electric mixer, but glad I have it when a baking mood strikes. I have plenty of storage space though.
