These have always peaked my interest. I'd love to hear how well this works for you.
We bought one several years ago and frankly it wasn't worth the money for us because it doesn't keep the ice. Aside from that it worked fine the few times we had a crowd around. We knew it might be a problem given the fact you have to transfer the ice, but we were desperate.
Ours is a little heavy, about 24" square, and takes awhile to get going, an hour?
